Requirements & budget definition; search and comparison; negotiation with the seller; document checks (VIN, history, accidents, service); full cost-to-Spanish-plates calculation; organising purchase, transport, ITV, tax & administrative processing and registration.

03HonorariosFeeКомиссия

Servicio completo llave en mano: 1.750 € + IVA — precio único, sin comisiones adicionales. Incluye la inspección independiente del vehículo por un mecánico. Para comenzar, un anticipo de 400 € + IVA, descontado del total. Si tras la inspección usted decide no comprar el coche, el anticipo cubre el coste de esa inspección y no se devuelve; en cualquier otro caso se descuenta íntegramente de los honorarios.

Full turnkey service: €1,750 + VAT — one price, no additional commissions. Includes the independent mechanic inspection of the vehicle. To start, a €400 + VAT advance, credited to the total. If after the inspection you decide not to buy the car, the advance covers the cost of that inspection and is not refunded; in any other case it is credited in full against the fee.

Полный сервис под ключ: 1.750 € + IVA — одна цена, без дополнительных комиссий. Включает независимый осмотр авто механиком. Для старта — аванс 400 € + IVA, засчитывается в общую сумму. Если после осмотра вы решаете не покупать авто, аванс покрывает стоимость этого осмотра и не возвращается; во всех остальных случаях он полностью засчитывается в стоимость услуги.

04Gastos de tercerosThird-party costsРасходы третьих лиц

Impuesto de matriculación (IEDMT), transporte, tasas DGT, ITV, COC y traducciones se facturan aparte según presupuesto previo. El precio «llave en mano» es una estimación hasta confirmar VIN, precio final, CO₂ y base fiscal.

Registration tax (IEDMT), transport, DGT fees, ITV, COC and translations are billed separately per prior estimate. The "turnkey" price is an estimate until VIN, final price, CO₂ and tax base are confirmed.

Налог на регистрацию (IEDMT), транспорт, tasas DGT, ITV, COC и переводы — отдельно по предварительной смете. Цена «под ключ» — оценка до подтверждения VIN, финальной цены, CO₂ и налоговой базы.

05Verificación e inspecciónVerification & inspectionПроверка и осмотр

La verificación estándar está incluida: comprobamos el historial disponible y el VIN y obtenemos confirmación por escrito del vendedor sobre historial, accidentes, kilometraje, estado, documentos y garantía. Para un coche reciente de un concesionario grande, suele ser un nivel de verificación razonable para la decisión de compra. Además, la inspección presencial completa por un mecánico con prueba de conducción, antes del pago, está incluida en el servicio — no es un extra.

Standard verification is included: we check the available history and VIN and obtain the dealer's written confirmation of history, accidents, mileage, condition, documents and warranty. For a recent car from a major dealer, this is usually a sensible level of verification for the purchase decision. In addition, the full on-site mechanic inspection with test drive, before payment, is included in the service — it is not an extra.

Базовая проверка включена: сверяем доступную историю и VIN и получаем письменные подтверждения дилера по истории, ДТП, пробегу, состоянию, документам и гарантии. Для свежего авто у крупного дилера это обычно разумный уровень проверки для решения о покупке. Кроме того, полный осмотр механиком на месте с тест-драйвом до оплаты входит в услугу — это не доплата.

06Reserva y pagoReservation & paymentРезерв и оплата

El vehículo se paga al vendedor solo tras las verificaciones y su aprobación por escrito. Cualquier reserva se rige por las condiciones de devolución del vendedor por escrito y, preferentemente, la abona el cliente directamente al vendedor. No retenemos su dinero del vehículo.

The car is paid to the seller only after the checks and your written approval. Any reservation follows the seller's written refund terms and is preferably paid by the client directly to the seller. We do not hold your money for the car.

Авто оплачивается продавцу только после проверок и вашего письменного одобрения. Любой резерв — по письменным условиям возврата продавца, предпочтительно оплачивается клиентом напрямую продавцу. Ваши деньги за авто мы не держим.

07GarantíaWarrantyГарантия

Verificamos las condiciones de la garantía legal, comercial o de fábrica del vehículo, pero no somos el garante. Los derechos del comprador se ejercen frente al vendedor alemán o la entidad de garantía correspondiente.

We verify the legal, commercial or manufacturer warranty terms of the car, but we are not the guarantor. The buyer's rights are exercised against the German seller or the relevant warranty provider.

Мы проверяем условия законной, коммерческой или заводской гарантии авто, но не являемся гарантом. Права покупателя реализуются к немецкому продавцу или соответствующей гарантийной организации.

Todos nuestros servicios se formalizan mediante un contrato de servicio oficial firmado antes de iniciar el trabajo, con las condiciones y el precio acordados por escrito.
