We are a sourcing and management service. We are not the seller of the car nor a financial intermediary: you buy the car directly from the German dealer.
02What's included
Requirements & budget definition; search and comparison; negotiation with the seller; document checks (VIN, history, accidents, service); full cost-to-Spanish-plates calculation; organising purchase, transport, ITV, tax & administrative processing and registration.
Who does what. The paperwork is handled by a colegiado gestor — that part of the service is his. We run the case from start to finish and do the part gestorías do not: transport, collecting the car, the station, and being there with it.
03Fee
Full turnkey service: €1,750 + VAT — one price, no additional commissions. Includes the independent mechanic inspection of the vehicle. For a recent car under factory warranty there is a tier without the independent inspection — €1,400 + VAT; the chosen tier is stated in the contract. To start, a €400 (VAT included) advance, credited to the total. If after the inspection you decide not to buy the car, the advance covers the cost of that inspection and is not refunded; in any other case it is credited in full against the fee.
Transport. Transport is our own line, not a third-party cost: we set the figure and we carry the risk if it runs over. Base €1,300 (VAT included); depending on the route and the case it can be higher. It covers finding and coordinating the car transporter, collection, the move itself, insurance in transit and transit plates. It is billed as our own service, with VAT, on a line separate from the fee. It is a conditional but usual line: in practice almost every case has it. Alternative: you collect and drive the car yourself. Then the €1,300 is not charged and only the transit plates and the insurance for that drive remain — cost on request. The fee (€1,400 or €1,750 + VAT) does not change with the delivery method: our work is the same.
04Third-party costs
Registration tax (IEDMT), DGT fees, ITV, COC and translations are third-party costs: we do not set those amounts and cannot change them. They are billed separately per prior estimate. The total price is an estimate until VIN, final price, CO₂ and tax base are confirmed.
05Verification & inspection
Standard verification is included: we check the available history and VIN and obtain the dealer's written confirmation of history, accidents, mileage, condition, documents and warranty. For a recent car from a major dealer, this is usually a sensible level of verification for the purchase decision. In addition, the full on-site mechanic inspection with test drive, before payment, is included in the tier with inspection (€1,750 + VAT) — it is not an extra. In the tier without the independent inspection (€1,400 + VAT) it is not carried out.
06Reservation & payment
The car is paid to the seller only after the checks and your written approval. Any reservation follows the seller's written refund terms and is preferably paid by the client directly to the seller. We do not hold your money for the car.
07Warranty
We verify the legal, commercial or manufacturer warranty terms of the car, but we are not the guarantor. The buyer's rights are exercised against the German seller or the relevant warranty provider.
08Contract & legal
