We handle the Dénia ITV for you
Cars from Dénia are inspected at the official SITVAL station in neighbouring Ondara, beside Centro Comercial La Marina — about 10 minutes from town, just off the AP-7 and N-332. It's one of the busiest stations in the Marina Alta, so a cita previa is hard to get and the queues are long. We collect your car anywhere in Dénia — from the Marina and Les Marines to La Xara and the old town — book the appointment, pre-check it, take it through and bring it back. Around a quarter of Dénia's residents are international.

What is checked there
Brakes, suspension, steering, lights and signalling, tyres, emissions, glass and mirrors, bodywork and the chassis number, and that the car matches its ficha técnica.
What we do
We collect the car, book the cita previa, look over the points that fail most often, take it through the inspection and bring it back. You do not have to be there.
The ITV shouldn't cost you a day off, a language struggle and the fear of an unexpected fail.
Without a check first, one small defect can write off your whole day.
Cita previa, ficha técnica, permiso — all of it in Spanish, none of it optional.
A failed test leaves you looking for a garage you can trust, in a town you don't know well.
€125 + ITV fee. Zero Spanish bureaucracy.
We inspect your car first and tell you if it will pass — lights, brakes, tyres, exhaust, dashboard warning lights, fluids. No surprises at the station.
Cita previa, the queue, pickup and return of your car wherever you are.
We explain the documents (NIE, ficha técnica, permiso de circulación, insurance) and check your V16 beacon.
If something needs fixing, we find and supervise a trusted workshop — price, quality and timing controlled for you.
A once-a-year maintenance plan so your car and your next ITV stay easy.

2026
New for 2026: the V16 beacon
Since January 2026 a connected, DGT-certified V16 beacon replaces the warning triangles for signalling a stopped car. The inspection itself doesn't check it, but you must carry one — we make sure yours is certified and charged.
A concierge, not a taxi for your car
Others will drive it to the station and stop there; we stay with it to the end.
Message us on WhatsApp in any language; by phone and in person we speak Spanish and English.
We don't hand the problem back — the repair is arranged and overseen by us.
Anywhere between Gandía and Benidorm.
We can't promise a 100% pass — no one honestly can, we are not the ITV station. What we do promise: a straight pre-check verdict — if your car won't pass, we tell you before you spend a cent on fees — and we do everything in our power to get you through, including arranging and supervising the repairs. If we clear your car at pre-check and it still fails on something we should have caught, the re-run is on us.

Good to know
Do you work in my language in Dénia?
Dénia has around 46 942 residents, and 30.9% of them were born abroad — the largest communities come from Colombia, the UK and Germany. Message us on WhatsApp in any language; by phone and in person we speak Spanish and English.
How far is the ITV station from Dénia?
Cars from Dénia are inspected at the SITVAL station in Ondara (Ctra. CV-7260, 731, Ondara) — 10.5 km from the centre, about 13 minutes via CV-725. Opening hours: Mon–Thu 7:00–20:30, Fri 7:00–19:30, Sat 8:00–13:30. We make that drive instead of you, both ways.
Do I need to be there or hand over keys?
You don't need to be anywhere. We collect the car from your address and return it there, so the day isn't spent waiting.
What documents do you need?
The car's ficha técnica and permiso de circulación, your NIE and the insurance. We check them in advance, so nothing is discovered at the station.
What if my car fails the ITV?
We tell you at pre-check before you spend a cent. If something needs fixing we find and supervise a trusted workshop. If we cleared your car at pre-check and it still fails on something we should have caught, the re-run is on us.
What exactly does the €125 cover, and what's paid separately?
€125 (VAT included) is for our service: we collect the car, check it over, book the appointment, take it to the station and bring it back to you. We pay the ITV station fee there ourselves and add it to your invoice, with the receipt. Separately, only if needed: any repair work and the optional annual service.
Which areas do you cover?
Between Gandía and Benidorm — Javea, Calpe, Moraira, Altea, Benissa, Gandia, Oliva, Benidorm and the towns between Gandia and Benidorm.
What is the V16 beacon and do I need one in 2026?
Since 1 January 2026 a connected, DGT-certified V16 beacon is the only legal way to signal a stopped car in Spain — warning triangles no longer count. The inspection itself does not cover it: the official ITV procedure manual doesn't list the beacon, so no car fails because of it. You do have to carry one whenever you drive, so we check that yours is certified and charged while the car is with us.
Can you help in English or German?
Yes: on WhatsApp in any language; by phone and in person, in Spanish and English.
